EMC test automation software

BAT-EMC is a software developed by NEXIO since 1995 to cover all electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. Flexible, easy to use, and completely independent of any measuring device or complete system, BAT-EMC provides an answer to the increase in productivity and quality requirements of the EMC tests. Our software is now widely used by both accredited full-compliance and pre-compliance laboratories in all major market sectors, such as automotive, aviation, aerospace & defense, and commercial electronics worldwide.

Immunity

BAT-EMC Immunity allows you to conduct both radiated and conducted immunity tests. This includes current injection, conducted voltage immunity, uniform field calibration (16-point calibration), as well as the configuration of the target, modulation, and regulation.


Emission

BAT-EMC Emission enables you to conduct both conducted and radiated emissions tests. You have the flexibility to configure these tests according to specific limits, choosing to use an antenna mast and turntable or not. Additionally, you can set parameters such as the detector, resolution bandwidth (RBW), scan time, and more.

Automotive emissions

The automotive emission license was created in accordance with automotive specifications and in partnership with automotive suppliers. We developed this software to closely adhere to the CISPR25 standard, generating automatic reports that fulfill manufacturers' requirements.


Monitoring solution

The BAT-EMC Monitoring range provides software tools designed for monitoring Equipment Under Test (EUT) during immunity testing. Elec BAT-ELEC
